Austin did an awesome job on my gas water heater replacement! He also replaced my main water valve shut off. His work was top notch. Austin explained what he would be doing and went over his work when he was done. He cleaned up the area once his work was completed – just beautiful! He was very professional and made sure I understood all of the problematic things that he found and what it would cost to address them. He even took a little extra time to explain things to my very curious 6 year old that insisted on following him around throughout his entire inspection.
