Andrew Bell-Morgan from Gene Johnson came out and repaired my tub/shower faucet that was 21 years old within an hour. He already had in stock a Moen cartridge and it all tested out great.

The day after Christmas our hot water heater stopped working! The very next day we were able to get an expert from Gene Johnson out to see what was going on. Not only did he figure out the extent of the problem, he was able to replace the unit in the same day! That is a holiday miracle!!! Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Branson Carr came out to install a new water heater. He did a phenomenal job. Really worked hard to restore hot water to the residence. He was professional and worked extremely hard. Would recommend.

Gene Johnson has done plumbing work for us in the past so we called them to come out and address what we thought was a smelly drain. Mark O. came yesterday and worked so hard to find the cause of the funky odor. He went above and beyond, exhausting all efforts, explaining everything to me along the way. In the end, nothing was found that would indicate there was an issue with our plumbing. Mark provided a few options without making me feel pressured to make an immediate decision. He was apologetic about not being able to find and fix the issue, but he really did make every effort and I was at least glad to know that our plumbing seems to be in good shape. Thank you, Mark!

I had an emergency water heater leak and called for help. Joe came out and got the old water heater removed and new one installed. He was very helpful and informative, I appreciate him getting this resolved so quickly. I’ll definitely use Gene Johnson again!

We had a new installation of a tankless hot water heater by Steven Fritz today and it was an amazingly painless and actually interesting procedure! He was very thorough and explained things fully and carefully and got the job done in a single day. Really impressive!

We discovered very early in the morning that our hot water tank was leaking. I called Gene Johnson plumbing. The scheduler was efficient and thorough. About 15 minutes after I ended that call I received one from Pavel along with an email that he was on his way. He assessed the situation and got right to work. We now have a very functional new hot water heater, thanks to Pavel and Nathan. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Would happily recommend their services to friends and family.

Jaren came out today to fix our bathtub, which was significantly clogged. This was my first-ever experience calling a plumber, and it was terrific from start to finish. The person I spoke with to book was friendly and efficient. They were able to get me in the same day, and I appreciated receiving a text letting us know when the plumber would arrive, along with a picture of who would be coming. I also appreciated Jaren calling us to let us know he was going to be early and to check with us if that was okay. Jaren was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job all around. He had excellent communication with us and our HOA, and this was the best experience I’ve ever had with someone coming into my home for repairs. I am so happy my bathtub is back to normal, and I will recommend Gene Johnson to any of my friends and family. Jaren honestly made a nightmare situation manageable and even pleasant! Gene Johnson is incredible to work with. They assigned me a human customer care rep through text message named Samara who has been so amazingly helpful and caring during this whole frustrating leak process. Our technicians Greg and Rory who visited us a few different times were simply amazing, so understanding, and always helpful with an extremely positive attitude even when new issues arose. Tyler, the waterline team leader and expert, was so accommodating and understanding and made sure to set things up for me with Samara for an effortless scheduling experience on my end. Rene was extremely professional, knowledgeable and perseverent. He unclogged my kitchen drain that was not easy. He kept at it, with many ideas and tries. Finally he got it. He did not give up.
