Derrick was very helpful to me. He was very professional and knew exactly what I needed. He checked everything and explained everything as well. He even had the equipment and repaired a pipe that looked like it was going to burst shortly. I really appreciate him and his relaxed manner.

Chase Bolen replaced our hot water tank yesterday. He and apprentice arrived on time and carried out the task quickly and efficiently. He explained clearly how the leak sensor, alarm, and automatic shut-off worked as well as how to change the water temperature if desired. I have no hesitation about recommending their work.

The work of replacing our kitchen grinder and installing a new toilet was done with professionalism, he is a friendly person who took time to explain how everything is connected and how it works. Hugo went way above and beyond what he needed to do for the job he was called in for. In addition, he was very honest about the previous work (different installer) that had been done a year ago, and both he and Samara made sure everything was corrected with my water heater.

Would recommend without question.

Pavel just came out and I have never had a more efficient and kind person out to help us with any repair. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes, having fixed our problem. Very personable! 10/10, would absolutely use this service in the future and Pavel was so competent!

Mom’s furnace quit Wednesday evening and Gene Johnson got guys out Thursday morning. Darren & Anthony were great! They let me ask as many questions as I wanted about the furnace and they explained everything.

I was comfortable letting them into my elderly mom’s house and I am confidant in their diagnostics and repairs.

Derek provided quality service in the installation of a new water tank. He had a call back for a warning signal going off and returned and performed what was needed. Excellent personality and professional.

We had a plumbing emergency. The Gene Johnson receptionist immediately put us in contact with Alex who did some troubleshooting over the phone. This was 8pm on a Sunday. We were able to stop the flooding and Alex said he’d be at our hose early Monday. He arrived on time and did a magnificent job replacing copper piping and identifying the cause of the problem. Next time we have a plumbing issue we will ask for him. He and the Gene Johnson company are first rate.
