Hugo fixed a leaky wax ring at my house and was very knowledgable! He helped me winterize my hose spigot and provided me info about how to close the water main for the house which i had been wondering about!

Gene Johnson is always top notch. Recently, I called them in for a second opinion after a competitor couldn’t clear our drains and told us to spend $15k to dig up the wrong part of the yard. In contrast, Mark Ochoa and Colton cleared the backup, investigated throughly to find the actual problem, walked us through videos to make we understood, and provided two options along with detailed quotes. They’re great and I’ll never cheat on them again.

Pavel from Gene Johnson Plumbing provided us with excellent service today: replacing old faucets and water turn off connections in 4 sinks (bathrooms and washroom), replaced rubber washer and dryer hoses to bring them up to code; performed annual maintenance on gas water heater. He worked diligently and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Outstanding service.

My sump pump that was installed by a different company 16 months ago, had the alarm go off that it wasn’t draining. So I called Gene Johnson Plumbing as they were open on the weekends when my alarm went off. Branson from Gene Johnson came out and took a look at my system. The original company hadn’t even bothered to plug my sump pump to an electrical outlet. So he was able to quickly and easily figure out what was wrong with the sump pump, he also identified that the furnace installation company had neglected to install something important on the furnace components. So he was able to fix that as well. Two different companies, he found two different mistakes, and he was able to fix everything so my system works perfectly. Thanks Branson!!

We had a leak under the kitchen sink this morning that flooded the floor. We were afraid that it was something major. Branson came out, immediately figured out that a clip had worked loose on the spray faucet hose, put things back together and voila!

I called on Wed afternoon and got an appointment window for Thurs morning. The technician, Jaren, arrived within the window and got right to work. He found the problem and got it fixed (garbage disposal blades not moving and slow drain). Jaren was professional, skilled and friendly. He explained everything and gave me tips on prevention. Would definitely call again. It was a lot of money, but I know it was done right and I couldn’t do it myself. You pay for expertise.

Called Gene johnson plumbing with issues with my water heater tanks leaking at a fitting they sent technician Derek solberg out & he discovered that the previous installers had did it incorrectly . So gave me an estimate on repair cost which was way lower than another company quoted me & completely different than what they were going to do . So with out hesitation I agreed with his estimate & did it all today done and a very excellent job done by Derek ! Highly recommend this company !! The other company name ended in town – they had nothing but excuses for not showing up to do the job but I’m now happy with them not coming there loss my big gain ! Thank you Gene Johnson plumbing !

He educated me on the nature of the problem, and described for me a number of solutions at different price points.
